Northwater Capital Management invests in Cool Flame Technologies

The Canadian investment company Northwater Capital Management Inc has taken the position as a major shareholder resulting from a recent investment in Cool Flame Technologies (CFT). CFT is the holding company of Nordic Power Systems.

Northwater is a private investment company founded in 1989 with offices in Toronto, New York and Chicago. Northwater invests on behalf of a small number of large pension funds.
Among others their investments are typically in innovative green technology with promising future markets. Northwater is focusing on companies and technology based on strong intellectual properties, and has special competence in house on patents and patent management.
David Patterson, the CEO of Northwater, will join the CFT board of directors.
